I like to have my own set designs. There is nothing like your own, well-thought-out design of titles, picture in picture, screen divisions, crossovers. Well ... everything that differs random production from professional production. Among the various projects, one turned out to be extremely good for me. Half of my competitors and fellow streamers used these titles in their productions ... because they are cool and universal. Now I am posting this project to everyone in 4k resolution. I used two typefaces - Armata (a wonderful sans-serif typeface) for the title and Jetbrains Mono - a monospace typeface for the date stamp. Armata is part of the Google web font collection, JB Mono is a free font distributed by Jetbrains.
There are four different types of horizontal text alignment. To the right, to the left, centered and justified. A side alignment, which is ubiquitous on the web, is inconceivable in print. In printing, most of the pages consist of a margin-to-margin format. This way of organizing the text is called justification. Until recently, using justified text on a website was virtually impossible. Web browsers had problems with hyphenation, with justification to a given format, with multiple lines of text. With the advent of HTML 5 and the modernization of browsers, things changed. Today, mobile browsers can justify text, and some break text into syllables and move parts of a word correctly to a new line. The possibility of conditional execution of cascade styles allows eliminating the multi-collumn composition on small screens.
The best camera is the one you have with you. It just so happened that lately I always have my cell phone with me and this cell phone is taking some pretty cool pictures. Of course, cells can draw what they cannot see, but the convenience of navigating with one universal tool is so great that I can get over the loss of quality. On this page I try to post one photo every two three days. I choose photos that are somehow representative of the period. Birthdays, views, puddles, flowers ... I am editing photos in Affinity Photo. This program, which can be purchased for $ 26, has functionality comparable to Photoshop CS6. It can develop photos in RAW, compose HDR, panoramas (okay, terrible), perspective adjustments (very important with the ultra-wide lens of my Samsung S10) and perform full image editing. If someone insists, you can also lose weight, enlarge your eyes or something else. And you don't pay for it every month. I recommend.
I have written some programs that send an animations in NDI format. Several versions of the studio clock and ticker. The clock reads data from a calendar shared on the web and displays rundown based on this data. Ticker reads any RSS feed and displays it as a scrolling ticker bar. The tools are written in Python. The installer is beyond my will to do free work. However, I wrote instructions on how to compile the ndi-python library and how to install additional Python libraries necessary to run my programs. Enjoy.
Vianden Castle (Luxembourgish: Veianer Schlass[ˈfɑɪɑnɐ ˈʃlɑs] or (locally) Veiner Schlooss[ˈfɑɪnɐ ˈʃloːs]), located in Vianden in the north of Luxembourg, is one of the largest fortified castles west of the Rhine. With origins dating from the 10th century, the castle was built in the Romanesque style from the 11th to 14th centuries. Gothic transformations and trimmings were added at the end of this period. A Renaissance mansion was added in the 17th century but thereafter the castle was allowed to fall into ruins. It has, however, recently been fully restored and is open to visitors.
Rosport is a town located 10 km from Echternach, halfway along the river Sauer to Grevenmacher. Rosport is famous in Luxembourg for its water intake and mineral water bottling plant. The most expensive mineral water in the principality is the water drawn in this place. Rosport is located in the valley of the Sauer River, which was dammed in this town. The blue autopedestre trail leads through the surrounding hills. Lots of beautiful views, a large elevation gain (265 meters), a reasonable length (about 11 km) and the Mariä Himmelfahrt (Girsterklause) chapel make this trail a great treat for hiking fans.
Irrel Waterfalls on the Prüm River - located 5 km east of the Luxembourg border. A panoramic place with a beautiful gorge and a covered bridge towering over it. Nearby is the ruin of Prumerburg Castle. Another interesting piece is one of the three remaining bunkers of the Westwall - Katzenkopf in Irrell (you need to contact the local firefighters by phone to see the museum, visiting possible on Saturday or Sunday). If you decide to go to around Irrel (the waterfall, the castle, the bunker) loop is about 10km long.
